Due to the airtightness of our SIPs, ecoBode homes use a ventilation system that ensures consistent temperatures throughout the house, year-round, resulting in a comfortable, healthy living space. These systems also purify the incoming air, removing dust and pollutants and expelling stale air
Low Waste
As with all our Green Abode homes,
job-site waste is minimal due to precut panels (resulting in around 30% less waste being sent to landfills). We also recycle a high percentage of any waste materials on and off-site

The Process

We can help you choose the ecobode home that best suits your needs. We will also discuss colour options and any upgrades you may wish to include (eg solar panels, deck, steps)
Build
We start building your house at our Wellington location, keeping you in the loop with progress
Delivery
We will deliver the house on the back of a truck to your permanent location in about 3-4 months
